The answer is simple: I can't. And honestly, I wouldn’t want to try to do this on my own. This is a herculean shift that is going to take a monumental effort by everybody involved in the industry. I am very fortunate to have great mentors within this space, including Scot Turner of Auden Hospitality, that have led this transformation for many years.
